Whichever button you click to contact me, it all works the same: You tell me what you envision your photoshoot to be like and I will make you one or more bespoke offers that I think will fit your needs.
Once you have decided to go forward with an offer, I will send you an invoice and contract. Once you've signed the contract and sent a 20% deposit payment, I will officially reserve the agreed photoshoot time slot for you.
The remaining 80% will be due after I've sent you the photo previews from the shoot and before I send you any final, edited photos.

Currently I accept direct bank transfer and PayPal.

Yes, I love traveling, so I'd be more than happy to come to almost any location in the UK and beyond ... as long as you pay for the cost of transport and my travel time, of course.
-
I can provide almost anything that you need for your perfect photoshoot, as long as you pay for any expenses and the time it takes me to find it. Or if you are more budget-conscious, I can provide you with links where you can source it yourself.
during the shoot
-
Yes, as often as you want, no problem at all. Just bear in mind that your photoshoot time keeps running while you get changed.
I would advise to tell me about outfit changes during the planning stage, so that I can factor in the necessary time and can check if there are any suitable changing spots.
-
A standard shoot is for up to 4 people. If you are more than 4 people, please let me know and I will see what I can offer you.
-
No need to worry :) Many of my clients tell me that they have never done a photoshoot before and/or that they are shy in front of cameras. My aim during every shoot is to make sure that everyone is feeling comfortable and having a good time!
-
Of course! Unless you're a professional model, you likely don't know much about posing, which is totally okay! With just a little bit of help on the day all my clients quickly manage to get the hang of it. I'm all about natural-looking poses, that are easy and comfortable for anybody to do.
THE PHOTOS
-
Even on a 1 hour photoshoot I will likely take over 200 photos, and you will be see around 50-100 of the best shots as previews, from which you can then choose your 10 edited photos. If your photoshoot is longer, you expect even more options to choose from.
-
After the photoshoot I will send you a link to a website with water-marked previews of the photos. On this page you can choose which photos you want to have edited and receive in full quality.
-
You can always add extra edited photos, both before booking and after the shoot. However extra photos will be slightly more expensive if added after the shoot, so if you already think you’ll need more - I recommend to book them in advance.
-
No, unfortunately I don't give out the RAW files, just like almost any other professional photographer. Raw files are huge in size, ugly and need special programs to even open them. Editing them is a necessary part of the photography process and what gives them their signature look. You wouldn't ask a baker to deliver you a half-baked cake, right? ;-)
-
You can do ALMOST anything with your final, edited photos! Share them, post them, hang them on your wall, print them on a t-shirt, etcetera, etcetera. Both for PERSONAL & COMMERICAL use.
However, please do not sell the photos themselves, for example on stock photo sites.
Also please do not tag me in any altered versions of the photos (for example if you added an Instagram filter to it, or turned it black and white).
-
Unless agreed otherwise, you will receive the previews within 7 days after the photoshoot (usually much quicker). Once you made your selection, you will receive the final, edited photos within more 7 days (again, usually it doesn’t take me that long, only if I’m really busy).
EXTRA FAST DELIVERY:
If you need your photos sooner than that, just tell me how urgently you want them and I’ll see if I can reduce the delivery time at a small fee.
-
Yes, a standard shoot comes with a clause that allows me to share any of the photos on my socials and website, among others.
HOWEVER, if you are not comfortable with this, just let me know. I am happy to keep all of your photos completely private, at a small fee.
-
My editing process involves adjusting the crop, brightness and color levels of the photos to give them their JM signature look.
Photo retouching (i.e. covering up skin blemishes or removing items/people from the background is NOT usually part of my editing process, however if needed you can add photo retouching for £5 per image after the shoot.
What if …?
-
In case of adverse weather conditions (aka rain, storm, hail, etc.) you can reschedule for free to another day in the following 10 days. Because London's weather changes its mind a lot however, the decision to change the shoot date can only be made the day before the shoot.
-
If you are sick on the day of the shoot and you can show me proof of that (with something like a doctors note), you can reschedule for free to another day in the following 10 days.
-
Please keep in mind that booking a photoshoot is just as much of a commitment as booking a plane ticket, or any other ticket for that matter. I will reserve the shoot date for you and cannot take on any other work during that time. Therefore if you decide that you want to reschedule a booked shoot for a reason other than documented illness or adverse weather conditions, you will need to pay an additional fee.

Please keep in mind that booking a photoshoot is just as much of a commitment as booking a plane ticket, or any other ticket for that matter. I will reserve the shoot date for you and cannot take on any other work during that time. Therefore if you decide to cancel a booked shoot, you will not get your deposit refunded. I hope you understand.
